Our Policy's

Shipping:

We do not ship outside the US. Please double check all information regarding your shipping address. Missing last name, states, towns, or zip codes may cause a delay in shipping.
UPS will not delivery to any PO Box addresses. Insurance is automatically added with UPS of up to $100.00.


USPS shipments do not include insurance.


Please choose your preferred method of shipping. You will receive an e mail with either your delivery confirmation number or your tracking number on the day that your order ships. Please hold on to this e mail until your order arrives.

All items are shipped by weight not volume. 16 ounce does not necessarily mean 2 cups. All bottles will be filled by weight. No returns due to sanitary reasons. No exceptions will be made for any reason.

All orders are downloaded at 8:30 AM EST, Monday through Friday. Please plan accordingly. Any orders placed after 8:30 AM EST will not be received until the next day. We do our best to get all orders shipped within 48 hours, orders that do arrive on Friday morning may not ship until Monday. All orders are filled in the order they are received.

Payments:

Unfortunately due to previous experiences we must now implement a policy that all orders will have a minimum of $5.00 before shipping per payment form. Which means no matter how you are paying only 1 form of payment must be use and the order must be $5.00 or above before shipping. This saves time rather then charging  a visa for $3.00 an american express for $1.25 and then waiting for a check for .75, all orders. The time involved with declined credit cards has caused us to have to impliment this policy.
 

We accept visa, mastercard, discover, american express and paypal. When using a credit card all information must be filled out including the CVI number. Please double check your expiration date. You mailing address MUST match your card, if your mailing address is not an exact match our processor will decline your order while your bank may choose to put a hold on those funds. We do not receive the money for a pending transaction but it will hold up your funds for up to 5 business days. Unfortunately we can not do anything about your bank putting a hold on money that we have not received.

Payments Money Order or Personal Check:
We do accept money order or personal check.
Checks and money orders should be made payable to either Brenda Sullivan or Mystify Your Senses.
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment with money orders. Personal check payment will be shipped within 2 working days upon clearance of our bank. Personal Checks may take up to 14 business day to clear our bank. Please plan accordingly.  Please print out your order and enclose it with payment.

Absolutely NO orders will be shipped without payment. We do not accept COD.

We DO NOT accept returns of any products, we strive to carry only the highest quality ingredients but due to the nature of our business no exceptions will be made on any products.

Error with Order:
All orders are double checked for accuracy yet occasionally we will make a mistake, if this does happen, please contact us within 48 hours so we may rectify our mistake.

Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally we will be out of stock on an item. You will never be charged  for any item unless it is in stock. We will adjust your total. We only charge for what you received, we do not back order any product due to possibly shipping delays from our manufacture.
